For complaints relating to non-regulated activities, this is anything concerning the dealership, sales or after sales.

I’m very happy with my purchase of a 5-year-old Mazda CX-30 from this dealership. David was straightforward, honest and very helpful throughout the sales process. The car came with a one-year warranty, which was a great bonus. When one of the wing mirrors developed a fault and stopped adjusting properly, I called to arrange a repair. I dropped the car off in the morning, and it was fixed by the evening. They explained that they had replaced the motors in both wing mirrors, even though only one had developed a problem.
